   You need to start with a department store. They are the ones most likely to give you your first line of credit card. I got my first card at Macy’s then about a month later I got an offer from Capital One.

   I would have to say Premier bank card use it for a few months to build credit by paying it off at the end of the month but after you do this for about 6-9 months apply for a better one with lower rates and rewards. Check out under poor or no credit section
