Whats the best credit card for a 18 year old?

I need a credit card, that has no annual fee. Ive been looking into the PayPal Mastercard, but it says it has a minimum finance charge. Even though this probably wont effect me as my parents will be doing all the payments as I will only purchase for them. So % interest is of no factor me. Im looking at rewards and no fees. So, whats the best card for me? Please also include a website to apply.

I have someone that won an ebay auction from me who wants to use credit cards but not paypal.com they have given me all their info: the credit card numbers and the billing address.

i found cheapest price to get what i wanted on websites what should i do?

i searched websites to get my product to more cheaper price and i found out websites that the product that selling on other site is cheaper than almost every other websites that i visited.. and the price difference is around 80 dollars to 100 dollar.. why is so cheaper to compared to other sites? is it scam? but the site doesn’t look scam and the product are all new and i can pay by paypal or credit card so should i just trust it and go for it? i also added shipping cost and it is still cheaper

So, i’m 13, and i heard about earning money using internet. And i’m interested about it. So, i’m looking for a website where i can earn money without using credit cards or paypal and without spending money. I already tried some sites, but you need to enter your credit card’s number. Or paypal accounts. And i’m underage.
