My car payment has a 9.5% interest rate compared to a 4.5%. I want to transfer. Is this allowed?

i recently purchased a street bike for my fiance, but i had to take out two more lines of credit to finance it.(worse mistake of my life) because one card has 24% interest and the other has 22% and both cards are around $7000.00 – $8000.00. we pay extra every month but it doesn’t even make a dent.HELP!!! do I just call the creditors and ask them to lower the interest? does it even work that way? the creditors are HSBC and GE Money Bank.

My friend has a few credit cards that she cannot pay! Her highest one is just $1,500. What will happen if she doesn’t pay her credit cards. She said someone told her that her credit will be cleared in 7 years. And that since the cards are for so little that the odds of them suing for such a small amount is slim. Is this true? What should she do?
She would like to make payments, but the interest rate is really high! Plus, because she never has made the first payment the minimum payment is over $700.00. She is in a tight spot financially, and has a job, but the payment was ridiculous from the get go (I’m assuming because of the interest rate). What can she do?

I have had a credit card with 7.9% interest rate for 5 years. I pay automatically through my bank each month and I honestly haven’t checked my statement since February. So, tonight when I looked at it my Jan. payment was late, I am not sure how, and my interest rate went up to 24.9%. My finance charge is now 150 a month compared to the 40 previously. Is there anything I can do, I cannot afford to pay that amount in finance charges. I am so upset right now. HELP. I tried calling and they were transfering me to another department and we got disconnected. I am planning on calling back tomorrow. Any suggestions on what to say to them

Hi everyone. About five days ago I paid off both my credit cards finally. I’m trying to increase my FICO score so I can consolidate my student loans and reduce the interest rate. However, I only have 8 more days that I’ll be able to consolidate as the grace period ends this month. I was unaware that the FICO score doesn’t update automatically as ones credit status changes. Does anyone know how long this process takes and if there is anyway to speed it up? Thanks for your help.

I am a student in college, and I also operate a small business. I need a credit card to make small purchases for my business, usually nothing over $200 at a time. I want something with a low interest rate, but when it comes to credit card offers, I don’t know which is the best comparatively. What credit card would best fit my needs?
