<div>I had to put a protection order on my husband for me and our children.  He has not been living at home for the past 2 months.  The divorce is still not final and I am worried that he will open new credit cards and spend lots of money  (this is one of the things that brought us to where we are today)  Is this going to be considered marital debt?</div>
