In the past 5 years i have been a victim of fraud, i been clearing my credit writing letter and explaining about the fraud. in january this year in my credit came up chase credit card that was opened on 2002, and a company that bought the account called unifund, the police and the experian company told me to write a letter with explanation and with the proof of the fraud, i also demanded a copy of the original contract with my signature, they just wrote me a letter demanding the money and they compare the signature and they said it was mine but they never sent me the proof. How can I dispute this all the rest company erased the fraud and they are the only ones that do not want to help.
