Well, i have a few credit cards… total debt adds up to about 2500 dollars… not bad compared to others out there…
my question is, is this bad for my credit? even though i pay my minimum dues ON TIME…. i also make side payments as well…
does this help or diminish my credit score?

When I was 16 I got a job at Younkers, a department store that had a credit card…in order to get your employee discount my manager told me I had to have this Carson Charge, a credit card. Well after a year of being worked too hard, I quit. I thought I had the card paid off before I quit and I switched addresses, so I wasn’t getting the bill anymore. Well my account got turned over to a collections agengy for about $200, and this is the first I’ve ever heard of it…I am willing to pay it off but I was just wondering if I could do anything, since I was an unknowing minor, to make it so it doesn’t affect my credit score. I live in Nebraska, and you have to be 19 to have a credit card here, if that helps. I have requested a copy of my credit card application, I guess my birthdate was January something 1989 and my actual birthday is in April of 1990…I just need some help with this one! I don’t want to have bad credit!

a credit limit of $750.00. I also have the premiers and orchards but one of better offer as my last. If you have the same credit problem and have gotten a good high credit limit with low payment, could you give me the www.bank to fill out for an application for that credit card instead of waiting for a deal to come in the mail. No Prepaid Please. Thank you!

I never had a credit card in my life before. I was always scared that I might fall under the bad credit before I reach 25! But now, I really need a credit card, but I want to know which one is the best one to apply for? I am also a full time student, so I don’t know if there are companies that offer a credit with help for a student.

My credit card company closed my account because they said that the information on my original application for income didn’t match the information that got from the IRS and decided to close my account. I really don’t care because I have pretty good credit and have other credit cards. I was wondering if this would hurt my credit. They said I can continue to pay like I normally would.

the credit cards have been open for about two years and i have nothing else bad on my credit score. i have a decent job and stable income.
I am looking to get a car loan. And my credit used to be bad because I had collections accounts. Thankfully those have been paid and deleted.

I’m sure some people might say having no credit card is best..but to build up credit you have to start somewhere!
My friends credit is ike 580 or something, and I told her i would look into it.. Thanks!

i have no credit which is consider bad credit but my credit score isn’t too bad so i want to apply for credit cards to build up my credit. Do you know of any companies who are easy to get approve for a credit card? or any idea’s of what i can do??

okay.. so ive already tried applying for a credit card over the internet and that didnt go through; i tried applying for one through my bank, and that didnt go through… i need some help with this– its f****** pissing me off! im of age, ive never had a credit card before, and i dont have bad credit.. so what the s***?
