i saw like american express cards /credit card things at like food4less and it said like “20 $” on it? is it like a card u buy for 20 $ and u can use it like a credit card or wat? cuz i was thinking if that works maybe u can use that card and like use it to subscribe to certain websites that require a credit card to be used?

well can you have some american express cards and a lot of department stores credit cards and be on welfare at the same time and not getin trouble? is it illegal? can you go to jail? if so for how long? how will they find out?
