I notice that a lot of sellers do not accept any credit cards as a form of payment on Ebay. Why is this?
And what exactly does the seller need to have in order for the buyer to be able to pay with a credit card (a PayPal account? a credit card of their own?)

they even warn you before u use it
the best method is to use paypal which doesnt give any personal info away
