I have someone that won an ebay auction from me who wants to use credit cards but not paypal.com they have given me all their info: the credit card numbers and the billing address.

   That wasn’t too smart of them. There isn’t anything you can do with that information. Besides, how do you know it isn’t a stolen credit card number? You don’t. So tell them if they want the product, they have to send you a money order.

   You can open a merchant account with a payment processing service such as . You can use them to accept all of your payment at lower rates. Less and less people trust paypal because of the issues they’ve been having. Paypal rates twice as high anyway.
